TW Connect have just concluded a Lutron Property Developer Intelligent email campaign. Although the exact results of the campaign have, at the clients request, been withheld, we are delighted to report that Lutron now have 18 high value opportunities in their pipeline. Companies like Norman Foster & Partners and Lend Lease Bovis (all £500m +).
This intelligent email campaign was designed to cut trough to the decision maker and key influencers. TW Connect initially targeted a list of high value property developers with very specific persona based content.
From this a series of pre-planned orchestrated communications led the recipient to a point where they were compelled to request a meeting with Lutron to discuss purchase.

Although individual members of the team regularly fly between the two offices this was the first time we had all been together. Despite having a small pool of 38 elite customers the site has seen over 205 individual hits from over 45 different organisations. This demonstrates how impressive this type of trigger-based campaign is and also how customers create sharing communities with their peers.
